Subway vs. Five Guys Nutritional Information

Overview:
Back in 1965, Fred DeLuca and his partner, Dr. Peter Buck, began a business relationship that led to a change in the food industry. They decided to start a submarine shop business known today as Subway. The first store was opened in Bridgeport, Connecticut in August of 1965. Even now, Subway still specializes in creating ready to go sandwiches and prides itself on always having fresh food. Contrastingly, another food company called Five Guys was opened in 1986 in Arlington, VA by the Murrell brothers. This company prides itself on making hand formed burgers "cooked to perfection." We analyzed their nutrition facts and ventured out to see which food company actually sells the better, healthier food.

Yes, Subway three outliers. One with 57 g of carbohydrates (Sweet Onion Chicken Sandwich) and two with 30 g of carbohydrates (Black Forest Ham Mini Sub and Roast Beef Mini Sub)
Conclusion:
Despite Five Guys having less carbohydrates and more protein Subway is healthier than Five Guys because their calorie count is lower, their saturated fat content is lower, and their cholesterol levels are lower.
